Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs assorted heirloom tomatoes, quartered, cut crosswise into 1/2 inch thick triangles

1/4 medium watermelon cut into 1/3 inch thick slices

2 Tbs chopped fresh basil

2 Tbs EVOO

1 Tbs balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Combine tomatoes, watermelon and basil.

Whisk oil and vinegar to blend and season with salt & pepper.

Mix.
