8 sweet 100’s

1 fresh mozzalerlla cheese

1 bunch arugula

2T basil pesto

4oz balsamic vinegarette

2oz aged balsamic

2oz ev olive oil

Preparation

Dress sliced tomatoes with vinairgerette arrange tomatoes and arugula into salad, garnish with cheese and pesto drizzle border with ev olive oil and aged balsamic serve
