Ingredients
6-8 white sweet potatoes
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 sticks butter
4 eggs beaten well
1/4 cup honey
3 T. rum or brandy
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar-or-orange juice
marshmallows on top
Preparation
Cook potatoes (in oven 450 degrees until you can pierce with a fork about 45 min.)
Peel potatoes and put potatoes through ricer. Add butter while potatoes still hot. Add rest of ingredients and spread marshmallows on top mixing it in slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes till light brown on top.
