Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice

2/3 cup onion, chopped

8 ounces Velveeta, cubed

2 10-oz packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

2/3 cup celery, chopped

3 cans cream of celery soup

1/2 stick butter, melted

slivered almonds, optional

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until heated through.
