Ingredients

12 ounces farmers cheese

6 ounces capers

12 ounces pitted kalamata olives

2 Tablespoons herbs de provence

2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

3 Tablespooons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Blend olives, capers, herbs and peppers in food processor until finely chopped. In a separate bowl crumble farmers cheese. In a deep glass bowl, create layers of olive mixture and cheese by starting with a small amount of olive mixture then cheese. Repeat process until olice and cheese are gone. Slowly pour olive oil over olive and cheese. cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Can be made a day in advance. Best served by spooning onto crusty bread slices.
