Ingredients
1/4 c extra sharp cheddar cheese
3 T parmesan cheese
3 T chopped herbs (thyme, sage, oregano)
1/4 tsp coarse salt
l sheet thawed puff pastry
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375. Rol out sheet of thawed puff pastry to 10x16. Brush 1 T evoo then add cheeses herbs and salt. Fold lengthwise in thirds like a letter then in half. Refridgerate 10 min. Cut crosswise in 1/4 in. slices. (38) Put on two cookie sheets. Bake for 25 min after brushing with an egg wash of 1 yolk and 1/2 tsp water
