Ingredients

3T. xvoo

1c. Diced Onion sauteed

2 cloves fresh garlic chopped

1t. Fresh Thyme minced

2t. Fresh Rosemary diced

1.5 c. Luke warm water

1c. Luke Warm Milk

1T. Salt

2t sugar

1/4oz dry active yeast

6.5 c, Bread Flour

Preparation

Saute, onion in olive oil then garlic, reduce heat and herbs and cracked black pepper,let cool add to mixing bowl ad milk, water, sugar and yeast let dissolve, stir in the flour, knead 5 minutes,oil bowl cover and let rise till double about 2 hours, punch down dough and let rise again, brush olive oil on sheet and sprinkle with corn meal, gently stretch out and let rest for 45 minutes, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 450 10-15 minutes
