Ingredients

1 fillet salmon

1 T olive oil

1 T lemon juice

1 T white wine (optional)

1 clove garlic

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & lemon pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all marinade ingredients in bag. Place fish skin side up in marinade. Marinate at least 15 minutes or overnight. Bake on cedar plank 350 degrees until done.
