Ingredients
1/2 cup vinegar (apple cider)
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
2 tbs. chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp. of dried
1 tbs. dried chervil
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
2 cups salad oil
salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together except oil in mixing bowl, slowly whisk in oil, salt and pepper to taste. Alternatively, in food processor or blender, combine all ingredients adding salt and pepper to taste.
