Ingredients
Half a bundle Parsley
Half a bundle Chives
Half a bundle Chervil
Half a bundle Sorrel
Half a bundle Dill
Half a bundle Borage
Half a bundle Thai sweet Basil
1-2 Bratwurst
1 chili
2 potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
half a teaspoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Vinegar
Penne pasta
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sugar to taste
Preparation
- Boil the pasta and the potatoes
- Slice the sausage
- Chop the herbs very finely and place them in a bowl 5 minutes.(you don’t have to use all of the herbs but I recommend you should use at least 3) 3.Add sour cream to the bowl with the herbs 1 minute 4.Add mayonnaise and stir (add it to the bowl with herbs also) 1 minute 5.Add pepper, salt or sugar by tasting 2 minutes 6.Use the mortar and pestle to mash the sauce, add potatoes and continue mashing 3 minutes 7.Add chili, continue mashing 3 minutes 8.Put the sauce in a bowl add the sausage and mix 2 minutes 9.Put it on the pasta and the pasta is ready. 2 minutes
