Ingredients

Half a bundle Parsley

Half a bundle Chives

Half a bundle Chervil

Half a bundle Sorrel

Half a bundle Dill

Half a bundle Borage

Half a bundle Thai sweet Basil

1-2 Bratwurst

1 chili

2 potatoes

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

half a teaspoon Mustard

1 tablespoon Vinegar

Penne pasta

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Sugar to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil the pasta and the potatoes
  2. Slice the sausage
  3. Chop the herbs very finely and place them in a bowl 5 minutes.(you don’t have to use all of the herbs but I recommend you should use at least 3) 3.Add sour cream to the bowl with the herbs 1 minute 4.Add mayonnaise and stir (add it to the bowl with herbs also) 1 minute 5.Add pepper, salt or sugar by tasting 2 minutes 6.Use the mortar and pestle to mash the sauce, add potatoes and continue mashing 3 minutes 7.Add chili, continue mashing 3 minutes 8.Put the sauce in a bowl add the sausage and mix 2 minutes 9.Put it on the pasta and the pasta is ready. 2 minutes
