Ingredients

3-4 lb Pork loin roast

2 Tbl Kohsher or Sea salt

1 Tbl each of parsley,rosemary,celery powder,garlic powder,sweet paprika,thyme,pepper.

5-6 semi sweet baking apples

1 small acorn squash

3-4 large yellow onions

6 med yellow potatoes

6 large carrots

2 cups beef stock

Preparation

Combine salt and herbs and rub on pork roast.Wash,quarter and core apples.Chunk cut onions.Add to crock pot or stoneware. Peel and chunk cut acorn squash.Wash,quarter potatoes.Wash, peel and halve carrots. Add to crock pot. Place roast on top. Add stock cover and slow cook 5 hrs. or in stoneware in oven 4 hrs at 300 degrees.
