Ingredients

2 bags of frozen tuscan or italian vegetable mix,thaw slightly

2 or 3 large chicken breasts cut in chunks

italian seasoning such as oragano,tyme,parsley

1 lemon, sliced thin

2 cloves of garlic,chopped very fine

Olive oil

Preparation

Saute’ chicken in large skillet till no longer pink. Add garlic and vegetables and cook till almost done.Then add seasoning and lemon slices saute’ just till done throughout.
