Ingredients

1 lb. kohlrabi, peeled and cubed

1 tbsp marg or butter

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp snipped fresh parsley

1/2 tsp dried savory, crushed

Preparation

Cook kohlrabi, covered in enough boiling water to cover in med saucepan for about 10 min until crisp-tender. Drain well. Ad marg or butter, mustard, parsley and savory. Cook and stir over low heat till kohlrabi is coated.
