teaspoon dried rosemary leaves

teaspoon dried basil leaves

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

teaspoon oil

large garlic cloves, minced

(1-lb.) boneless beef sirloin steak (1 inch thick)

Preparation

Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak; mix well. Rub both sides of steak with herb mixture.

When ready to grill, place steak on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until steak is of desired doneness, turning once.
