Ingredients
18-20 lb Turkey
1 C salt
1/2 C sugar
1 t cayenne
2T thyme
2 t allspice
1 t cloves
1 t ginger
1 t pepper
3 bay leaves
4Tbutter
1/2c olive oil
2T thyme
2T rosemary
Preparation
Combine up to bay leaves in stock pot with 2 L water. Bring to a boil. Let cool.
Marinate turkey overnight Wipe dry Combine last four and rub on turkey. Cook covered with foil as needed based on weight
