Rosemary (lots of it)

Lemon

Garlic

Olive oil

Preparation

Crushed garlic in base of pan. Rosemary shoved inside chicken and also sprigs shoved between skin and breast. More crushed rosemary sprinked over top of bird. Skin brushed with olive oil Lemon juice over top then lemon halves put in cavity. Cook at 375 degrees till done. I think he said that chicken is started upside down. Not sure.
