Ingredients

1 ounce Hibiscus-Ginger Syrup 

2 ounces silver tequila, chilled 

2 ounces fresh lime juice, plus lime wedge for serving 

1 ounce seltzer, chilled 

Crystallized ginger, for serving 

Preparation

Combine syrup, tequila, and lime juice; pour over ice and top with seltzer. Serve with a lime wedge and a piece of crystallized ginger.
