Ingredients
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2-3 lbs pork chops
Preparation
Mix first 10 ingredients together. Place chops in a resealable plastic bag or container and pour marinade over the chops. Marinate chops for 24-48 hours, turning container frequently. Grill chops over a medium heat, basting with sauce while cooking until chops are done.
