Ingredients

1 c cider vinger

1 bottle louisiana hot sauce

1 tbsp of salt and pepper

2 tbsp red pepper flakes and suger

1/2 cup ketchup

4 lb chinken wings

Preparation

  1. combine all in a mixing bowl and refrigerate for 10mins ( vinger bring out the red pepper, longer the marinade sits, the hotter it will be)
  2. pre heat oven to 400* and place on a sheet pan with rack . 20-25 mins.
  3. sprinkle with sea salt and brush with olive oil to give a sheen
