Ingredients

red potatoes, or yukon gold potatoes

1 cup mayo

1/2 cup dijon mustard

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup parsley

1 Tb dill

1 tsp tarragon

1 tsp cider vinegar

splash of worchesterhire

1/2 small yellow onion

capers

2 Tb sugar

Preparation

cook potatoes until fork tender and let cool and cut into 4rths. mix all other ingredients into a separate bowl and toss with potatoes after cooled. adjust ingredients to taste.
