Ingredients
Himalayan crushed pepper (can substitute regular crushed pepper)
garlic
tomato
salt
black pepper
olive oil
fresh mozzarella.
Preparation
Roast one large ripe tomato (in open flame)and 6 to 8 pods of garlic in a pan. Add 3 to 4 teaspoons (additional if you like extra hot) crushed pepper, one teaspoon crushed black pepper 4 to 6 ounces of fresh mozzarelella, salt to taste. Blend in blender or food processor. Voila
