Ingredients
1 stalk lemon grass ( white and tender part only)
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
1 tablespoons Tamarind Concentrate
1 tablespoon Peanut Oil
3 tablesspons water
1/2 teaspoon Sambal Oelek (ground chili paste)
2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
2 lbs Shrimp
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except shrimp in food processor. Mix cleaned shrimp with 1/2 of sauce and let sit covered for 1/2 - 1 hr. Grill shrimp and drizzle with remaining sauce
