Ingredients
1 (7.25 oz) jar hoisin sauce (in Asian section of store)
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp pale dry sherry
1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
Preparation
Stir together all ingredients until sugar dissolves. Store in refrigerator up to 3 months.
