Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless beef or pork ribs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 jar Hoisin sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rub ribs with salt and pepper and lay flat (one layer) in deep baking dish. Cover with water and foil. Bake 2 hours. Mix soy sauce and Hoisin. Remove ribs from the pan and pour off water. Cover with the sauce and return to oven for another 45 minutes.
