Ingredients
3 lbs. Chicken thighs and legs
2 packages biscuits
2 lbs package of mixed veggies
Spices as desired
Preparation
Boil chicken until cooked Remove from pot and save water Let chicken cool and tear apart Return chicken to pot Cut biscuits into small portions and add to boiling pot Add veggies and cook uncovered for 30 minutes or until biscuits sink to bottom
