Ingredients

6 eggs separated

2 cups milk

1 cup brandy

¼ cup rum

¾ cup sugar

2 cups cream

If preferred, 1 cup of “Southern Comfort” can replace the rum/brandy mix.

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff (peaks form) and add sugar gradually..beating until stiff but not dry. Set aside. Beat egg yolks in separate bowl until thick. Stir in milk, brandy, rum and blend. Whip cream until stiff. Fold cream into egg, milk mixture - add egg whites and blend well with rubber spatula.
