Ingredients

2 packages biscuits (Pillsbury Original Grands)

3/4 cups butter (1-1/2 sticks)

sugar

cinnamon

bundt pan or tube ring

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°.

Melt butter and pour into wide bowl.

In a second bowl make a cinnamon sugar mix. Start with 1 cup sugar and add cinnamon until it is a light brown mix.

Open biscuits and separate. Dip each biscuit into butter coating both sides. Next dip buttered biscuit into cinnamon sugar mix. Again coat each side. As you sugar each biscuit, place into greased bundt pan (or tube ring) on their sides, layering them in a circle as you go. When you are done you should have formed a ring around the bundt pan (see picture).

Note: If you use a tube ring, place pan on top of tinfoil lined cookie sheet because the butter will leak through bottom

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan. If you wait too much longer the cinnamon ring will stick to pan.
