cup light corn syrup

cup salted or unsalted whole cashews

cup blanched whole almonds

Preparation

Heat oven to 375°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil. Place butter in foil-lined pan. Place pan in oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until butter is melted.

Remove pan from oven. Add corn syrup, cardamom, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Add pecans, cashews and almonds; stir to coat. Spread in single layer in pan.

Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until nuts are golden brown. Remove from oven; immediately stir mixture. Cool 20 minutes or until completely cooled. Store in tightly covered container.
