Ingredients

8 oz margarine

8 oz canola oil

1 lb granulated sugar

10 oz brown sugar

4 eggs (7 oz)

2 tsp vanilla ext.

8 oz peanut butter

2 Tbsp nutmeg

2 Tbsp cinnamon

12 oz raisins

1 lb gp flower

2.5 tsp baking soda

1.5 tsp salt

Preparation

cream margarine and sugars on medium speed, 5 minutes using flat beater

add eggs and vanilla. continue beating till blended

add peanut butter, raisins. mix till blended. add cinnamon and nutmeg. mix again till blended

combine all dry ingredients and incorporate together. add slowly to creamed mixture. Mix on low till well blended
