Ingredients

1 beaten egg

1/2 t. salt

2 T. Whole milk or half & half

1/2 t. salt

flour

Preparation

Combine egg, salt, milk: add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll out 1/8 in. thick and slice 1/8 in. thick. Spread out and let dry two hours. Drop into boiling water or chicken broth. Cook about 10 minutes.
