Ingredients
3 Large Potatos or more (Think 1 large potatoe per person)peeled and diced
1/2 medium onion diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbspn Vegetable Oil
Preparation
- Cover the bottom of skillet with vegetable oil and let it heat up over medium heat. Drop a potatoe in the pan to test heat, if it starts sizzling, it is ready to add potatoes
- Add the potatoes. Try to make a single layer, as you will be turning them over throught the cooking time. Add your salt and pepper.
- Cover pan with lid to make the potatoes steam.
- When potatoes are fork tender, they are ready. Approximately 15-20 min. You can leave them on longer if you want them to get golden brown and a little crispy
