Ingredients
5 just picked ripe tomatoes quartered
10 fresh basil leaves chopped finely
3 garlic cloves halfed
1/2 shallot minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp oregano
dash black pepper
dash salt
Preparation
Combine and whisk all ingredients together in a bowl except tomatoes. Add tomatoes and coat well. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Serve as a salad.
