Ingredients

2.5 cups quick cooking oats

1 cup Shredded unsweetened coconut

.5 almond slivers

.5 craisins

.5 cuo choc chips semi sweet

1/3 c flour

1/4 cup ground flax seed

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 t salt

Wet ingredients

3/4 c pure pumpkin

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup melted butter

1 t vanilla

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients with all wet ingredients.

Place into preheated oven at 350 F. On parchment paper in 9x13 baking pan

Cool completely and cut into bars with sharp knife. wrap in cello and store in sealed container.
