Ingredients

10oz(300g) plain flour perferably ’type 00’pasta flour

1teaspoon salt

3size-2 eggs beaten to mix

1oz(30g) fresh herb leafs

Preparation

  • Mix both flour and salt together form a well and eggs to the center after mixing with herbs.

*Incorporrate flour into the eggs if to moist add more flour.

*knead dough by pushing it away with your palm and folding it back for 8-10 minutes.

  • shape dough into a ball and putting it into a bowl.

*Cover with cling flim and let set for 15 minutes before rolling and cutting.

  • After cut place pasta on a floured towel to dry
