Ingredients
180 grams noodles (asian noodles)
1 pound boneless chicken (boiled and sliced)
1 cup sliced onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 jalapeno thinly sliced
1 whole tomato sliced
1 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup green peas (frozen)
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup red bell pepper thinly sliced
50 grams spinach (optional)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons green onion
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin powder
1/4 tablespoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
4 cups of water
3 cups of chicken broth
Preparation
Heat the oil, add garlic fry for a minute. Add chicken and fry until chicken is slightly golden. Add onion and fry 2 minutes. Add carrot , peas, red pepper,cabbage and salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cumin, ground pepper, turmeric and chili powder. Mix well. Add chicken broth and bring to boil, add noddles. Add soy sauce, water. Bring to boil. Cook 5 minutes. Add spinach, jalapeño, tomato, lemon juice and ginger paste. Mix well. Garnish with cilantro and green onion.Ready to serve.
