Ingredients

2 cups lightly or unsweetened flakes (amaranth, spelt, Wheaties, etc)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup slivered almonds

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup butter

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flakes, cinnamon, almonds and cranberries and mix thoroughly. In a small, microwave-safe bowl, combine honey and butter and then microwave until the latter is melted. Stir. Pour liquid over dry ingredients and mix until everything is coated. Place in a 350 degree oven for around 10-15 minutes.
