Ingredients

1 egg yolk

1 1/2 t lemon juice

1 t white wine or rice vinegar

1/4-1/2 t dijon mustard

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 t salt

3/4 C canola oil

Preparation

Add 1st 6 ingredients to mixing bowl and beat manually with wire whisk until combined and thickened - 30 sec. Turn mixer on high and add canola oil from measuring cup as a VERY thin stream until all is combined. Use immediately or refrigerate for later.
