Ingredients

1 tbsp. milk (plus more as needed)

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup sifted powdered sugar

Preparation

Combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk in a bowl.

Stir in additional milk 1 tsp. at a time until the icing is of a drizzling consistency

For a tangier version, orange juice can be substituted for the milk.

You can transform this recipe into a chocolate powdered sugar icing by adding 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder to the powdered sugar. Do not use orange juice if making this chocolate variation. Use As Soon As Made
