Ingredients

6 Egg Yolks well beaten

1 Pint Whipping Cream

6 Tbl. Chocolate syrup

1 Tsp. Almond extract

1 Tsp. Vanilla extract

2 Cans Condensed milk

1 Can Evaporated milk

1/2 a Fifth of brandy

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except brandy first, then add the booze. Use cheap brandy, as you can’t tell the difference. A full fifth makes approximately 5 bottles of Irish Cream.
