Ingredients
2/3 loaf stale rustic Italian or french bread
2 c finely grated pecorino romano cheese
6 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 italian parsley, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/3 c chopped basil
1/2 tbsp kosher salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 175 deg F
- Cut bread into cubs and spread evenly on baking sheet and cook for 45 min until dry and lightly brown. Place in food processor and grind.
- Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and then store in refrigerator in airtight container.
