Ingredients

8 oz of small elbow pasta

2 TBS butter

2 cups milk

1/2 lb cheddar cheese (cut in 1/2 inch chunks)

Italian style bread crumbs (like progresso garlic and herb).

1/8 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

Preparation

Boil macaroni until tender.

Melt butter in a sauce pan; blend flour; stir in milk and slowly bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper.

Grease glass baking pan and add macaroni. Scatter cheese chunks over macaroni. Pour sauce over the top of the macaroni. Generously cover the top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
