Ingredients

Ingredients:

2 1/4 to 2 1/3 cup Flour

2 large eggs

1 tsp salt

1 tbl olive oil

1/3 cup water

Preparation

Make a Volcano looking shape out of flour on a clean counter or cutting board. Crack eggs and add to center, slowly and gently mix with a fork, add olive oil, salt and slowly incorporate flour from sides of volcano into center until a ball is formed. Need ball for at least 5 Minutes. Store in metal bowl in fridge for 45 minutes. Cut accordingly.
