Ingredients
11/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs beaten
1 quart whole milk
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 tbsp vanilla
6 cups chopped peaches
1 cup sugar
Preparation
Combine sugar, flour and salt, add eggs and blend well. Add milk and cook slowly until slightly thickened. Let cool. Add the whipping cream (unwhipped), vanilla and peaches sweetened with 1 cup sugar. Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
