3 cups of sugar
15 cups of water (1 jug of water that you can purchase equals 15 cups)
1 bottle of 190 proof of Everclear.
Preparation
Bring to boil to dissolve the sugar,
Let sit to room temperature, add 1 oz bottle of peppermint flavoring, that you purchase in the store.
Add Everclear
You can also add different flavors for other schnapps.
