Ingredients
1/2 Cup Light Soya Sauce
1/2 Cup Dark Soya Sauce
4 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together, making sure all the dry ingredients are absorbed thoroughly. If need be, toss a little water in to thin it out.
If you’d like it thicker, toss in 4 tbsp water and 1 tbsp flour and reduce in a saucepan over low heat until desired thickness.
