Ingredients
2 cups milk
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups half and hal
1 tblsp vailla
4 cups whipping cream
Preparation
scald milk until bubbles forma round edge—remove from heat and add sugar and salt stir until dissolved–(after this I pour into canister from maker) stir in half and half, vanilla and whipping cream cover and fridge at least 30 minutes
take canister and place in maker, pour ice around canister to about three inches, then rock salt–continue this until you reach top of canister inside maker. The more the salt, the faster it freezes.
