Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Whisk eggs for 1-2 minutes until they are light and fluffy.
Gradually, whisk in sugar, then whisk for 1 minute more.
Add milk, cream and vanilla, stirring until completely blended.
Pour this mixture into your ice cream maker.
Mix about 20-25 minutes or according to manufacturer’s directions.
