Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoons salt
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Whip egg whites until the form soft peaks.
Add milk, egg yolks, and oil to dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Carefully fold in egg whites.
