Ingredients

2 c. flour

3 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. sugar

2 egg, separated

1 3/4 c. milk

1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Place egg whites in small mixing bowl and whip until stiff peaks form. In a large mixing bowl combine egg yolks, milk, and oil. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar and then add to wet ingredients. Beat until free from lumps. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, carefully but thoroughly. Bake on hot waffle iron.
