Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or ground beef
1/2 lb sausage
1/2 cup milk
1 1-oz pkg dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup pancake syrup
Preparation
Heat oven to 350. lightly grease meatloaf pan. In large bowl, combine all meat loaf ingredients. Mix well & shape into meatloaf in pan. Bake 30 mins.
Meanwhile, in small bowl combine glaze ingredients & set aside 1/2 cup. Drizzle 3 tbs over loaf & bake 15 mins. Drizzle another 3 tbs over loaf & bake another 15 mins. Drizzle remaining 2 tbs over loaf & bake another 5-10 mins. Let stand 5 mins before slicing. Serve reserved glaze over slices
